  16. The Tailed Blue comes in two varieties, the Eastern Tailed Blue and the Western Tailed Blue.  The caterpillars of some Blue butterflies secrete ôhoneydewö which is prized by ants.  In exchange for the honeydew the ants protect the caterpillar from predators.
